When you place a service order, it will be delivered based upon its classification:
Approval Required- If you apply to receive a blessing, you will hear back about your application status within 2-4 days. If you apply to attend an event, class or training program, you will hear back about your application status within 7 days.

Delivery by Teleconference, Zoom Meeting or WebinarServices upon purchase relative to the above gatherings are often delivered during or at the end of the that event. Additionally, the services that you are approved for and registered for may remain open for 2 weeks duration to be delivered remotely on Sundays at 3pm MST in Arizona time, to allow an extended window of opportunity for you benefit. Services to be delivered in person are often at the location during the events, otherwise the service may require an appointment at the office in Tempe, Arizona.
If you register for a service in the Site lightblessingservices.com, that service will be delivered remotely also on Sunday at 3pm MST in Arizona. Participants of Divina Flamingarrow’s events will be notified via email regarding their approval status and this is usually accompanied by the registration link for such services. This email will include the time and date when this offer ends. If the participant is not present at the time of initial delivery for the service, then the participant will receive it remotely on the Sunday following at 3pm MST Arizona time. Immediate Delivery of ServicesIf you place an order for a service with immediate delivery, the service(s) will be delivered immediately upon completion of purchase. Some services are totally virtual while others maybe augmented by a multi media experience involving video, files, images, audio recordings or other digital or electronic formats. Such services will be provided for registered users viewing, listening or receiving through the telephone, internet, video, digital or other similar media broadcast service.

Refunds

Changes of AttendanceChanges of attendance from onsite to online (webcast) attendance or from online to Onsite attendance will be accepted up to 30 days before the start of the event. An administrative fee of $100 USD and the change of registration fee (if higher) will be applied. Under 30 days, no change from onsite to online webcast will be accepted. Cancellation of an EventIf the organizer of the event was not available as scheduled a full refund of event fees paid will be processed within 10 working days of the cancellation. Travel, accommodation and other personal costs are non-refundable.
